Stephanie is a master’s prepared Family Nurse Practitioner with a background in pediatric critical care nursing, integrative primary care and pain management medicine. Clinically trained through the University of Miami and Florida Atlantic University, her passion for integrative medicine was sparked by her own health journey with autoimmune disease. Her thirst for knowledge quickly turned to action as she began attending the Institute of Functional Medicine, Age Management Medicine Group and University of Miami’s integrative medicine conferences where she was mentored and educated one-on-one at an advanced level. Her goal is to contribute nutritional expertise through her holistic and science-based approach to help clients reach optimal health and get to the root cause of illness. For enjoyment, she dances salsa, plays volleyball and leads worship at her local church in Miami, Florida.
